The UCAM about their students to the world of social assistance (27/04/2010)

More than 600 people, including students and staff of the UCAM, now have moved to different parts of Spain, in a framed activity at the seminar 'Social Assistance and Promotion. "

The event, organized by the International Institute of Charity and Volunteer Juan Pablo II, seeks to highlight the social assistance and promoting Spanish developed by different organizations.

Participants viewed a total of 11 cities, including Madrid, Toledo, Almeria, Alicante and Castellón.

The Hospital San Rafael de Granada, The Phone Hope Valencia, Juan XXIII Foundation for the intellectually disabled in Madrid, or drug rehabilitation center, NOESSO, Almeria, are some of the social centers who fled the Students belonging to various degrees in the UCAM.

About the purpose of this activity, the Vice Chancellor for University Extension and director of the International Institute of Charity and Volunteer Juan Pablo II, Antonio Alcaraz, said that "above all, the aim is that students know how to work in these centers .
