The Legal Practice School organizes a conference on judicial reform and the new judicial office (26/04/2010)

School of Legal Practice at the University of Murcia, directed by Professor Fernando Jiménez Conde, has organized a conference on "Reforms in the establishment of new judicial office", which are now at the Auditorium, campus of Mercy and that will be developed in Cartagena and Lorca.

During the meeting issues will be discussed as general aspects of the reform, the reform of civil procedure declaration and the civil process of execution and amendments in other jurisdictions.

The opening session will be held today, March 26, at 17:00, will be attended by the President of the Superior Court of Justice, Juan Martínez Moya, dean of the College of Law, Francisco Martínez Escribano, et al.

Participants in this first day of the conference, will, among others, Secretary of Government of the Superior Court, Javier Parra, Professor, University of Murcia in July SigÃ¼enza, and magistrates, professors and lawyers.

This conference will continue tomorrow, while Lorca will be held on 27 and 28 April in Cartagena on 28 and 29 April.
