The Department of Youth and Employment, headed María Dolores Sánchez, offers 237 places for young people between 13 and 25 years involved in youth exchanges.
On this occasion there were 31 exchanges in Germany, Finland, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Turkey, France, Poland, Morocco, Luxembourg, Malta, Estonia, Portugal and Belgium.
With topics as varied as Europe, nature, dance, art, environment, eco-citizenship, 26 th International Music Week in Luxembourg, European II Cultural Week in Germany, European flavors, archeology, photography and adventure, among many others.
This is theme stays in different countries, sharing activities and youth living with other cities.
This program is not sharing with young families if not youth meetings participating in projects promoted by the city of Murcia and other municipalities or entities.

All exchanges are done between June and August, with an approximate duration of one week.

The aim of the youth exchange program is to foster knowledge of EU countries through the relationship between young people, encourage the practice of languages, possibility to exchange ideas on topics of interest to youth.
