A thorough reform of the labor market, based on dialogue and consensus, is one of the most urgent demands that Spanish society has today.
This was defended today by the Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, who has participated in the inauguration of the XLV Congress of Students of Industrial Relations and Social Graduated held in the Faculty of Labour.
The conference, to be held throughout the week, focus on the "Crisis and challenges in the new stage of relations."
Participated in the opening also Rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho, the Dean of the Faculty of Labour, Domingo Antonio Manzanares, President of the College of Social Graduates, Jose Ruiz, and President of State Association Student and Alumni Relations / Social Graduate, Noel Saez.
In a brief speech, House has defended the need to undertake with determination measures with the objective of fostering job creation and pointed out that the economic crisis has put relations on top of today.
"Until recently, one of the major objectives of this profession was to articulate the relationship between those who were employed, while, unfortunately, in recent months has become more topical the destruction of jobs."
