The hamlets of Guadalupe, Rincón de Seca and Barrio del Progreso have new municipal facilities to improve and expand social and cultural supply offered to residents of the municipality.

The municipal cultural center of Guadalupe is located in the streets Historian Francisco Mateo and Francisco Pizarro.
