The Murcia with low incomes and can ask for help finding a home to rent or stay in already leased.
The invitation to apply for these grants will be open until 30 September this year amounted to 230,000 euros, almost triple the amount last year.
Since 2006, the housing service calls these subsidies for rents in the private market, that target families enrolled in the Municipal Register of housing applicants, who are paying a rental for an amount greater than 25% of income.
The maximum set annually is 3,000.
The grant is intended for households with incomes between 0.5 and 2.5 times the public income indicator of multiple effects.
The grant is awarded for one year at the rate that applies in relation to socioeconomic circumstances, family income, rental income and housing conditions and raw in cases of preferential groups such as single parents, large families, families with all members are unemployed, victims of domestic violence, families with a member with disabilities, aged 65 years and living together in groups that income does not exceed once IPREM.
About a hundred families received aid last year to rent private housing through the line of support established by the city of Murcia to promote access to housing of Murcia.
