Nearly 80 activities make up the Spring Festival program (29/03/2010)

The Department of Popular Culture Festivals and has everything ready for Murcia and visitors can enjoy a full program of Spring Festival, which will commence on Saturday 3 April and will run until April 11.

The poster presentation for the Spring Festival is a work of Ramón Gaya representing an orchard on his back like the parade lineup of Murcia in the spring, as a tribute to the painter in the year which celebrates the centenary of his birth.

The whole city is decorated with streamers and muppis in which the picture represents.

This program includes a map-guide which describes all the shows and the exact location of all the barracks, which in total are 38.

Of these 15,000 programs, 6,000 will be accompanied by a CD of The Parrandboleros to commemorate its tenth anniversary will be distributed exclusively in the Tourist Office of Santa Clara Street (behind the Teatro Romea).
