Tomorrow, Friday 26 and Saturday March 27 will be held in the Chamber of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Murcia few days, with the title "Music, society and values," will explore experiences in music education and careers.
The sessions, recorded in the International Festival's program of Youth Orchestras will be presented on Friday at 9 am by Antonio Andreu Torrecilla, director of the Conservatory of Caravaca, and will include screenings of videos and presentations by musicians and teachers.
One of the lectures will be delivered by Professor of the University of Murcia Antonio Viñao Frago, who will speak on "Education and music, as well as a panel coordinated by the conductor Ignacio García Vidal, who will close the conference on Saturday 27 March.
Seven concerts, four orchestras
On the other hand, will be held tomorrow in various parts of Murcia and Cartagena a total of seven concerts performed by four orchestras participating in the International Festival of Youth Orchestras: Symphony Orchestra José Artigas, Uruguay, provides a hearing at Place de la Cruz Murcia at 13 pm and a concert in the church of San Juan Bautista de Beniaján to 21 hours.
The Symphony Orchestra of the University of Karlstad, Sweden, will also offer two concerts: in the Plaza de Santo Domingo and the church of San Juan de Dios, at 13 and 20 hours respectively.
The Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatory of Almendralejo and Merida, meanwhile, offered an audition at the University Square at 13 pm and a concert in the auditorium of the pool.
Finally, the orchestra of the Conservatory of Music in Cartagena, will hold a hearing on the square of that city López Pinto at 13 hours.
