The full City Council this morning has given final approval to a partial plan Cabezo de Torres, in the vicinity of New Condomina and A-7, which will get lots of green areas and the development of which will employ about three thousand families.
The Partial Plan mandates a level of 1.7 million square meters, of which 77% is intended for public use and the rest to buildings.

The new development will allocate 60% of soil flats, and 40% for houses.
