Urbamusa continues its work rehabilitating buildings (23/03/2010)

The Municipal Urbanizadora continues its work rehabilitating buildings.

Urbamusa, which was held this morning its Board of Directors, is engaged in the rehabilitation of roofs and facades of 160 homes in the neighborhood of Los Almendros, La Alberca.

These works are funded by the Housing and Land Institute of the Autonomous Region (50%), the City of Murcia (25%) and homeowners (25%).

Also, carry out the rehabilitation of landmark buildings in the municipality of Murcia as the Casa del Reloj, Bacons Bridge, where they located the house of Bethlehem.

Urbamusa offers cooperative housing scheme, both OPV and free.

Today starts the promotion of 23 homes, premises and 42 garages, under a free housing prices Bacons Bridge OPV.

The Municipal Urbanizadora is also finalizing work on the first phase of coastal North and South and starting the bidding, development and awarding of the second phase of works.

Urbamusa working with the Planning Department of the Municipality of Murcia to optimize the execution of infrastructure works, and the development of new projects in urban management, both residential and industrial.

The current expenditure projections Municipal Urbanizadora for this year amount to 23,363,000 euros, and expected revenues are EUR 23,692,800, budgeted expenditures.
