Molecular cuisine from the perspective of analytical chemistry is the theme of the conference Professor at the University of Valencia Miguel Antonio de la Guardia Cirugeda held tomorrow, day 23, at 11:00 pm in the Campus de Espinardo.
The lecture by Professor De la Guardia, part of the graduate program in Chemistry, will be offered in the Multipurpose Room of the Faculty of Chemistry.
The event is sponsored by the research group "Instrumental methods applied, led by Professor Manuel Hernández Córdoba.
