More than 4,000 people receiving employment counseling service Employment (10/03/2010)

More than 4,000 people received job counseling last year at the Employment Service of the City of Murcia.

This initiative is part of the Local Employment Centre for Youth, located in La Fica, and is aimed at women, youth and unemployed who wants any advice on job hunting.

The Youth Institute of the Autonomous Region supports this initiative and has awarded a grant of 59,100 euros to the Department of Youth and Employment, headed María Dolores Sánchez, to fund this activity and to subsidize the municipal contest Creajoven 2010, approved the Board of Governors.

Among the services offered are information resources, business directories, job, information about training courses, orientation of career paths, individual interviews, self-employment assistance, etc..

Likewise, the total grant is earmarked EUR 33,100 revitalization activities with youth.

Specifically, the event will be used in building Creajoven youth, which this year celebrates its eighteenth edition, with 13 different disciplines.
