The City Council has signed an agreement with the Autonomous Community and the Integra Foundation through which will be updated computer equipment and Internet access free classrooms.

In addition, taught courses related to new technologies.

This agreement has been signed for years and its aim is to generalize the knowledge and use of information technologies and communications in the region.

Specifically, this program called 'the Red Wings allowed the renovation, modernization, and building new classrooms open access, and implementation of a common training program based on face and online courses, as well as other actions empowerment and training of the promoters responsible for the different classrooms.

The City of Murcia (through the Department of Quality and Modernization of the Administration, Festivals and Popular Culture) aims, with the commissioning of these classrooms for Free Access (ALA's), make available to the public a free Internet access and dissemination, usage and training in new information technologies and telecommunications.

There are currently 18 classrooms in the municipality located in open access Barriomar, Cabeza de Torres, St. Pius, Bath & Pauper, Canadas de San Pedro, the strut, La Paz, San Basilio, Sangonera la Verde, Los Martínez del Puerto, Valladolises, Beniaján, Guadalupe, Sangonera la Seca, TorreagĂźera, Vistabella and the Library and the River Segura Informajoven.

In all cases, we also have access to internet for free, you can take courses in various subjects as computer typing, basic Internet or use of Microsoft Word 97.
