The Board of Directors of the University of Murcia, headed by the rector, José Antonio Cobacho, and authorities of the Ministry of Universities and Research Company, among which was the general director Eduardo Osuna, today visited the renovation work carried out different faculties Espinardo campus.
The delegation was in first place in the Faculty of Chemistry, which has been expanded with a new plant to suit the needs of the European Higher Education Area.
After visiting these works, which means new classrooms for the College and have had a budget of around 780,000 euros, academic and political authorities knew the reforms made in the classrooms of the faculties of Chemistry and Biology .
To have in the classrooms of new spaces for the loan of books and study rooms, has created a library and classrooms have been equipped for use as a place for study.
The budget for these works has exceeded the 216,000 euros.
The museum was built in the Veterinary School and new classrooms at the Faculty of Economics and Business were also included in the agenda of the visit.
During the tour, explanations were given on the renovation of the Faculty of Mathematics-conditioning of classrooms and offices building, "Communication and Documentation, new classrooms, and Labour Studies.
Finally, we visited the annexe to the Faculty of Education, which will house more than fifty faculty offices for the center, and other services.
The budget for this work was around the 868,000 euros.
