The UCAM inaugurates the International Volunteer (24/02/2010)

San Antonio Catholic University (UCAM) inaugurated this morning the International Volunteering Paseo Alfonso X El Sabio (Murcia).

This sample is part of the IX Conference of Charities and Voluntary UCAM held until March 8.

In the opening ceremony the president intervened in the UCAM, José Luis Mendoza, Josefina García Lozano's leadership, along with other civil and religious authorities, as the mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, and the bishop of the diocese of Cartagena, Bishop Manuel Lorca, among others.

In this edition of the show will remain open until Feb. 28, a total of 70 associations related to social and charitable activities will present their work to society Murcia.

Opening Eucharist of the IX Conference on Charities and Volunteers

Prior to the opening of the sample of volunteers in Murcia, has been held in the Temple of Los Jeronimos a solemn opening Mass of the IX Conference of Charity and Volunteering.

The Eucharist was presided by the Greco-Melkite Archbishop and Patriarchal Vicar in Jerusalem, Archbishop Joseph Jules Zerey.
