The Schools Project Workshop and Training Center and Training Palliri is the result of negotiations held since the beginning of 2008 at the initiative of the Technical Office for Development Cooperation of the Municipality of Murcia and Socio Palliri Project.

This project, which currently is two years of implementation, is also the result of the needs expressed by beneficiaries of the areas where the Foundation works Palliri, youth and women with a very complicated social problems and a dramatic dropout rate many cases.

This initiative and the current state of progress of the project would have been impossible without the advice and participation of the technical office of development cooperation of the City of Murcia and also the support provided by this office for correction and development activities and future work plans of the project to be implemented.

Therefore, it is a project with a high participation, since it also inserted a diverse range of Bolivian institutions such as universities, municipalities, local NGOs, institutions and social and civic forces.

Is an innovative project because it serves as an experience that has been successfully tested in Murcia and adapted and transformed to be developed in Bolivia, has been well received by both the intended beneficiaries as local institutions are implementing.
