New activities for large and small enjoy the Valley (09/02/2010)

Hiking trails for all ages, nature orientation for children and adults, and know the life of the hermits who settled the valley are some of the highlights of the program of Ecotourism 2010, organized by the Department of Tourism and City Council Meetings Murcia.

This program will also offer the traditional photography workshops in nature, extending the traditional routes and a greater number of ascents to the heights of Regional Park-Carrascoy Valley.

Also, participants will learn the most emblematic summits Park Valley, started in the Nordic walking, and introduced to climbing in the pussy, to bring every weekend to Murcia the natural and cultural heritage municipality.

The Visitor Center The Light is launching a comprehensive program of activities for all ages that begins this month and end in December.

The activities are coordinated by the mountaineer Miguel Ángel García Gallego Murcia.

These routes are accessible nature and wealth of the municipality to participants of any age and physical condition.

This project began in 2005 and 4375 have been involved persons aged between 5 and 70.

Hiking

Hikers will enjoy ascending the peaks most emblematic of the Natural Park El Valle.

The routes will be: Head of the Vulture King-Kong (14 February), Crossing Watchmaker "Cresta del Gallo (February 21), Castillo del Puerto de la Cadena (28 February), Miravete (March 21), Castle Road (28 March ) Columbares (18 April and 28 November), Crossing Castle King-Kong (2 May and 14 November), Sierra de los Villares (10 October) and Mamellones (November 21).

These routes will have their starting point the day of celebration at 9.30 pm in the pavilion.

A bus will pick up participants and take you to the starting point of the activity.

The Registration fee is $ 5 for adults and 3 euros for children under 12 years.

Guidance activity in the adult nature will be held on 25 April.

The introduction to climbing in the Panocha be held on February 6 and 30 October.

To participate, all people who wish from age 8.

People who want to start in the Nordic Walking (Nordic Walking) may do so on 9 May and 24 October.

This is a sport played by thousands of people in Europe for its many health benefits.

For smaller

For children is designed activity 'Let's play scale' on 13-14 March and 16 to 17 October.

There are also plans botany workshop on March 27 and learn to navigate the Nature on 9 October.

Archeological Routes

Activities to learn about the life of the hermit

During the months of February and March you can enjoy hiking trails that will bring participants to the caves and the countryside where they lived the first hermits of our forests.

The activities envisaged under this heading are the route to the Sanctuary, which runs from the Sanctuary of the Fuensanta to the Monastery of Our Lady of Light, known medicinal plants of our forests, bird watching in San Antonio and participate in children's activities such as climbing in the environment of this beautiful shrine.

All these activities, coordinated by the mountaineer Murcia Miguel Ángel García Gallego, make up the San Antonio Ecotourism the Poor organized by the Department of Tourism of the City of Murcia for 2010.
