The Department of Tourism of the City of Murcia is collaborating with the School of Tourism at the University of Murcia offering practical tourist information points, located on the plaza and back Belluga the Romea Theatre and in the Bureau.
The fundamental task of these students is to provide tourist information and assist the municipality in holding conferences, providing information to Congress.
The schedule Tourist Information Points are Monday to Saturday, 10 to 14 and from 16.30 to 20.30, the daylight saving time (1 April to 30 September) morning and evening as 17-21 hours.
Sundays and holidays from 10 to 14 hours.
The intern at the Conference are open from 9 to 14 pm, Monday through Friday.
This creates a bag of trainees for 2010 consists of students who at the beginning of the academic year have been selected by the School of Tourism and the Municipality of Murcia.
Students wear uniforms and identification as trainees and receive a certificate at the end of their training.
The maximum duration of the internship is 500 hours.
The Consistory paid to students selected by way of grant 220 euros per month, working in the Tourist Information Points and 180 euros a month to do so at the Bureau.
