The head of the Environment of the Socialist parliamentary group, Jesus Lopez, denounced the inaction of the Regional Government Zeneta landfill.
Lopez said that the government of Valcárcel act "as if this matter did not concern him."
He recalled that the Regional Assembly at the initiative of the Socialist parliamentary group, adopted unanimously by all political groups, the October 1, 2008, a motion urging the regional government to people in all administrative proceedings relating to the location of this landfill.
After that agreement parliamentary Waste Consortium Area Plan XVII of the Valencian Community has dismissed all claims put forward by the city of Murcia, to file a lawsuit against this landfill.
Last March 2009, the Socialist parliamentary group in the House recorded three questions to the regional government on initiatives undertaken by the regional administration on the implementation of the agreement to support the city of Murcia, who have had no response.
Therefore, the Social Democratic submit a letter of complaint asking under the Chair of the Regional Assembly, considering that "is contemptuous of the institution, especially to the residents affected in the municipality of Murcia."
