The budget of the University of Murcia for 2010 will grow by six percent from this year, under the resolution adopted by the Governing Council of this educational institution.
The Budget is located in an amount close to 227 million euros versus 214 million in 2009.
For Vice-Rectors, will only grow the research, with a rise of 12.61 percent, and Economy and Infrastructure, with 6.43 percent, while all others will see its budget reduced.
The Budget will be discussed tomorrow by the Social Council, the body responsible for approval.
At the same meeting of the Governing Council, held in the building of convalescence, has adopted an austerity plan for further optimization of resources.
This plan includes actions on centralized purchasing, to get the most savings, implement saving devices in water consumption, reduced consumption of electricity and telephone sustainable policy actions on the move, and others.
