Students of the School of Arts and Design organized a photographic exhibition against gender violence (22/11/2009)

The Institute of Women of the Region of Murcia, next to City Hall of Murcia, has helped organize a photo exhibition of the students of the Higher Artistic Photography School of Art and Design (EASD), with reason for raising activities developed within the 'International Day for the eradication of violence against women. "

Taking advantage of this date, students from the EASD will present a photographic series that laid the necessary awareness and reflection against gender violence.

The exhibition consists of 30 photographic images, divided into four sections, which attempt to offer a lecture on the origin and development of male violence.

Will open on Tuesday November 24 at 18:00 pm and will remain open until December 4 at the municipal center 'El Carmen', de Murcia.

The blocks around which the sample sets are inequality as a source of violence, violence as a result of inequality, education and prevention of violence and equality as a solution to violence.
