Stables neighbors will be the next beneficiaries of multipurpose facility that will house both administrative services such as recreational, educational and cultural, providing them with municipal offices, spaces for young people and an auditorium, among other agencies.
The total budget for building the center is 800,000 euros, of which 500,000 euros will come from the region and the remaining 300,000 the city of Murcia, the result of a collaboration agreement signed between the two administrations, which outlined the City Council would be responsible for drafting the design and execution of works.

The new multipurpose facility will be located on School Street Stables.
The project, which was drafted by the municipal officers, provides two distinct parts, one for units of local police, and another for the creation of a community center with different uses.
The police agencies on the ground floor will have a floor area of 233.53 meters square which will house: entrance, office, meeting room, male and female changing rooms, showers, bathrooms, toilets, and waste storage rack.
Regarding the units of the Social Centre, also on the ground floor will have a floor area of 354.47 meters square which will house: vestibule, hall, youth room, library-study, computer room, toilets and waste storage .
