The works for the rehabilitation of facades and roofs in the neighborhood of Vistabella are coming to an end.
The Municipal Urbanizadora, Urbamusa, definitely the last awarded for housing rehabilitation work to the company Pegiro, SL Specifically, fix the walls and roofs of the blocks 5 and 20 Vistabella, 50 and 51 homes respectively.
The works will begin on December 1 and will have a lead time of ten months.
This work is funded by the Housing and Land Institute of the Autonomous Region (50%), the City of Murcia (25%) and homeowners (25%).
The works have been performed under the agreement signed between the Housing and Land Institute of the Autonomous Region and the Municipality of Murcia for the rehabilitation of blocks 1 to 8 of Santa María de Gracia, and 5 and 20 Vistabella.
Soon the work will be contracted to rehabilitate roofs and facades of the blocks of 1 to 8 of Santa María de Gracia, with 80 homes.
Work on these floors will start soon and have a lead time of 6 months.
With these works are fully completed the rehabilitation project of roofs and facades of Santa Maria de Gracia.
Urbamusa also awarded the work to rehabilitate the facades and roofs of about 160 homes in the neighborhood of Los Almendros de La Alberca.
Construction will begin early this year.
The implementation period is 10 months.
