UPyD Murcia City Council proposes to include motorcycles in the traffic lanes (19/11/2009)

Unión Progreso y Democracia calls imitate the initiative of the City of Madrid, which enables the movement of motorcycles in the traffic lanes for buses and taxis.

Anabel Diaz, spokesman for the local Committee of Murcia believes that this measure "has many advantages as it contributes to improving the safety and effectiveness for users of such vehicles."

Moreover, according UPyD, this decision would favor the decongestion of the town and improve the performance and use of the road space.
