Councillor for Health and Social Services, Fulgencio Cervantes, participated in yesterday's opening of the XXI National Course for Dental Hygienists Continuing Education, which runs through tomorrow at the Hotel Nelva.

Edil opened next to the conference the Director General of Citizen Services, Addictions and Consumption, Juan Manuel Ruiz, Chairman of the Official College of Dentists, Murcia, Oscar Castro, the dean of the College of Dentistry, Arturo Sanchez, the president of the Federation Dental Hygienists, Maria Angeles Ferrer and the President of the Association of Dental Hygienists of Murcia, María del Carmen Navarro.

In the XXI Course for Dental Hygienists involving about 200 people who update their professional knowledge, will discuss the field of education and oral health prevention and exchange experiences between professionals from different regions of Spain.

The Congress is organized by the Dental Hygienists' Association (HIDES) Murcia and has the support of the City of Murcia and Convention Bureau of the Department of Tourism.
