Professor Palazón Espinosa, the only candidate to advocate the University (05/11/2009)

Professor, Faculty of Chemistry, University of Murcia José Manuel Espinosa Palazón has been proclaimed as the only candidate for the position of University Ombudsman of this educational institution.

Voting for appointment will take place at a forthcoming meeting of University Senate.

The elections were called last October to this position is vacant due to retirement so far has been the University Ombudsperson, Professor Augustine Miñana Aznar.

Miñana Aznar, a professor at the Faculty of Chemistry, has been the Ombudsman for almost nine years.
