The scope of action affects 207,290 m2, of which two different management areas.

One of them, to the north, covering the large plot of 16,594 m2 for railway use, with which they are arranged tertiary uses (offices and hotel), the other is for the large residential block to the south, connected to other buildings housing.

Management under the special plan allocates 161,000 m2 to be allocated to residential use and allow the construction of 1,400 houses, of which 20% ie, 300 - public protection.

Will also create 40,300 m2 of green areas, 19,500 m2 of local equipment and intermodal station, while 121,236 m2 will be reserved for road.

It also built a large public parking below ground that will serve the needs of the new season.

Moreover, the intervention will take place in a rail length of 7.8 kilometers of railway, of which 4.7 km will be underground, including:

- The refurbishment of rail access, adapted to the advent of high speed and compatible with the existing network.

- The underground rail corridor between the future Barriomar Round and the start of the variant Reguerón in the Los Dolores.

- Depression rail corridor to the level of the underground section between the future round of Barriomar and Nonduermas urban core, which cover a stretch of approximately 500 meters.

- The replacement of the current season of Carmen by a station and bus-rail intermodal, "in which depress the entire track and platforms.

A four-party protocol
