With this work is completed the restoration project of roofs and facades in Santa Maria de Gracia and Vistabella
The Municipal Urbanizadora, Urbamusa, has hired the works for the rehabilitation of facades and roofs on more than 340 homes Vistabella, Santa Maria de Gracia and the district of Los Almendros (La Alberca).
In particular, the works have been contracted to rehabilitate roofs and facades of the blocks of 1 to 8 of Santa María de Gracia, 80 houses, and blocks 5 (50 homes) and 20 (51 units) of Vistabella.
Work on these floors begin later this month and have a lead time of 6 months.

In addition, the Board of Urbamusa, which met this morning, has provisionally awarded the work to rehabilitate the facades and roofs of about 160 homes in the neighborhood of Los Almendros de La Alberca.
Construction will begin early this year.
The implementation period is 10 months.
