Murcia, the first town in Spain to join the accreditation seal car telematics (23/10/2009)

Prevent displacement and bureaucracy is the main objective to be achieved with the accession by the City of Murcia to the accreditation telematics tax motor vehicles.

This has been the subject of the meeting that took place this morning at the Provincial Traffic Authority of Murcia between the Deputy Mayor for Economic and Financial Affairs Joaquin Moya-Angeles, the Provincial Traffic Chief, Francisco Jimenez, and the Deputy General Vehicle Regulations, Susana Gómez, among other members of the administration.

The new telematic system will connect the City of Murcia with the Traffic Department through a computerized system that immediately, you can transfer all the information about who to pay or not Tax Motor Vehicle.

This information, which may be obtained in real time by the General Directorate of Traffic, streamline the relationship between citizens and administrations limiting "visits" to the local administration at the time of having to perform any procedure relating to Provincial Traffic Headquarters.

With this transfer of information in real time, citizens must apply to the City of Murcia proof of payment of the tax before you go do their business with Traffic.

This is a pioneering initiative at the national level, and that Murcia will be the first town in Spain that is incorporated into the accreditation telematics Tax Motor Vehicle.

The Deputy Mayor of Finance stressed that this initiative provides another facility closer to citizens, making it next administration and to eliminate red tape and glues well.
