With the significant title of "Women go", Radio ECCA Foundation has launched a program aimed at improving social integration and employability, proposal to women victims of gender violence in situations of risk and / or social exclusion began last September and runs until July 31, 2010.
Funded by the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS) and the European Social Fund and in collaboration with the Institute for Women in the Region of Murcia, this program will cover a total of 70 women from the municipalities of Murcia, Sewer , Santomero and Molina de Segura.
Thus, each woman participant will design a customized itinerary of labor and social inclusion in order to improve their quality of life and promote personal autonomy and social integration, fighting for their independence from the batterer / abuser.
The activities have been proposed to achieve the goal set ranging from social attention to career guidance and mentoring skills workshops for active job search, job training, and accompanied by social skills training for its integration of both social work , availing itself of the intermediation service.
Moreover, given occupational training course has a home help assistant, and another customer.
Furthermore, both training and pre-employment workshops will be recipients, and will have a free babysitting service.
