One hundred women of the hamlet Murcia Bacons Bridge will benefit from the service offered by the new Center for Reconciliation of Work and Family Life, launched today by the Director General of Family and Children, Laura Muñoz, and the mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House.
Municipalities such as Murcia, Puerto Lumbreras, Blanca and Torre Pacheco and have a center of reconciling work and family life for its inhabitants, as companies like Horfrusa SL, Pamai SL, and conservation organizations from the industrial parks of Lorca and Sewell.
All of them are subsidized by the Institute for Women in the Region of Murcia, from the ERDF.
For the director of Family and Children, "is a government priority to ensure regional balance mechanisms responsible and accountable for personal, family and work from government and from businesses and private entities, and so is found in the Fourth Strategic Plan Equal Opportunities between Women and Men in the Region of Murcia, approved last summer by the Governing Council. "
According to Munoz, centers like the Bacons Bridge "is an important proof of the commitment they have made both the regional and the local administration by promoting actions that facilitate the reconciliation to their workers."
