The Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces and Caritas will have new buildings, thanks to a loan for City Hall.
The Governing Board gave its approval to such transfer of a parcel located in the village of Santiago and Zaraíche in CR6.
The land measures a total of 3,650 square meters, of which a thousand will go to Caritas and the rest of the FEMP.
Thus, the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces will use this plot to build its new headquarters, while Caritas will build a center for administrative services of this institution.
The City continues thus boosting the sales floor to create more and better infrastructure to all Murcia.
In recent months has given way to build church halls in Sangonera la Verde, the new headquarters of the Inland Revenue, Alzheimur Foundation to expand the College of San Francisco Noguera José de la Vega, to build a nursery school in Espinardo and a school in El Palmar.
