The Minister of Culture and Tourism, Pedro Alberto Cruz, this morning the schedule for the season XXXIV Association for Music of Murcia, which covers the months from October to May, along with its president, Juan Octavio.
"In these 34 years that are programming music," says Cruz, "and demonstrate a quality undoubtedly color in each of its editions, which has shown is perseverance, continuity and especially in those times where the picture of music programming with regard to the classical field in the region was quite poor. Cruz stressed "the plurality of options" in a program where out symphonic and chamber music, opera, ballet and gospel music.
So, the season begins Oct. 8 with the Berlin Chamber Orchestra, who will perform works by Handel, Telemann, Bach and Mozart.
On November 11 the Pleven Philharmonic Orchestra perform 'El Rigoletto' by Verdi.
On Monday November 23 marks the anniversary of Isaac Albéniz with a piano recital by pianist Guillermo González.
The city of Almeria orchestra will give a concert on Monday, November 30, directed by Michel Thomas, a concert sponsored by Cajamar and which will perform works by Rodrigo and de Falla.
Gospel music will come on December 21 of the hand of the piano vocal Generation Singleton, United States.
Cartagena pianist Gabriel Escudero play on Tuesday January 12 works of Beethoven, Chopin, Granados, Rachmaninoff and Liszt.
On November 20 the Brno Chamber Orchestra with David Danel on violin and piano Jan Skrdlik to offer pieces by Boccherini, Tartini, Haydn and Dvorak.
In February the Czech Opera Prague will bring the Regional Auditorium Wagner Opera "The Flying Dutchman ', with Norbert Baxa musical director, Martin Otava as stage manager.
The Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia, José Miguel Rodilla the front, and promising young Murcia Andrea Zamora and Maria Angeles Ayala on piano, will present on Thursday, March 4.
In this concert dedicated to the young musicians perform works by Rossini, Mozart and Mendelssohn.
Close this new season of Pro Musica Trio Jean Paul, formed by Eckart Heiligers (piano), Ulf Schneider (violin) and Martin Löhr (cello).
The concerts take place in the Auditorium and Congress Center from Victor Villegas 20:30.
The subscription price for members is 40 euros and 160 euros per quarter payment for the entire season.
The youth members will pay 40 euros for the whole season.
