Murcia, August 25, 2009 .- The Government Office considers that the city of Murcia through his Deputy Mayor for Housing, Antonio Castillo, intended to mislead the public about the rehabilitation of homes that once promoted the so-called Board Francisco Franco in San Andres and Espinardo and regrets that make unfounded criticisms on an issue that the City Council is jointly as a member of that Board.
The Government Office has revealed that the August 6th sent a report to the City of Murcia where he stated the circumstances under which they could carry out rehabilitation of housing of the Board Francisco Franco, stating expressly that it is mandatory for any action on the same adjustment to occur, dissolution and liquidation of the Board and, therefore, that the houses to pass the property of their rightful owners.
This aspect, as you know the city of Murcia, has not yet been produced.
In addition, it is necessary for this to happen, to meet the said Trustees, the City Council as part of the region and the Delegation of the Government, and to bring out the final award of housing and providing the corresponding deeds of sale.

Therefore, for the Government Office, the council also cited better informed on matters within its competence, should help resolve the legal problems that exist to carry out housing rehabilitation instead of putting stones on the wheels to be justified to the citizens affected.
