School introduction to riding and racing donkeys are some of the new
The XV Murcia Cattle Fair, held from 3 to 6 September, this year presents more innovations than ever.
The Fair will feature exotic animals like monkeys, kangaroos, raccoons and reptiles.
In addition, return to the site of La Azacaya chickens and ostriches, which have for several years without being at the fair due to problems arising from the Avian Flu.
Los visitantes a la Feria de Ganado podrán participar en la escuela de iniciación a la equitación, que se celebra por primera vez, y disfrutar de la carrera de burros en la que participarán 30 burros con jinetes experimentados.
Estas actividades están organizadas por la asociación 'Amigos de los equinos'.
En esta ocasión habrá también exhibiciones de vuelo y adiestramiento de aves de cetrería.
En concreto, se contará con 16 aves de cetrería y rapaces de varias especies.
Las personas que acudan a la Feria se podrán fotografiar con estos animales, bajo la atenta mirada de sus cuidadores.
Las exhibiciones se realizarán en la plaza central del recinto y estarán a cargo de la asociación 'Las águilas del sol'.
Las aves sobrevolarán al público, que podrá participar en el espectáculo.

Other activities also are planned demonstrations under all kinds of tools by a skilled artisan shows and dog show training, sale of thoroughbred horses, buying and selling livestock breeds sample as Murcia goat, sheep and flat segureña Murcia, children's games, displays of carriages and exhibition and sale of pets.
El día grande la XV Feria de Ganado se celebrará el domingo 6 de septiembre, con el Día del Caballo.
La Feria se traslada a la avenida Alfonso X, a partir de las 10.30 horas, con un desfile de carruajes y caballos.
Los participantes en este día disfrutarán de degustaciones gratuitas de bocadillos, cerveza y zumos.
Además, se entregará la distinción 'Caballo de Oro' a la Escuela de Equitación Santiago Lidón.

Jueves, 3 de septiembre
-De 10.00 a 14.00 horas y de 17.00 a 21.00 horas.
Entrada de ganado al recinto ferial y distribución de corrales
Viernes, 4 de septiembre
-De 10.00 a 14.00 horas: Entrada de ganado
-19.00 horas.
Inauguración Oficial a cargo del Alcalde de Murcia, Miguel Angel Cámara Botía.
-Durante Todo el día Escuela de Iniciación a la Equitación, a precios populares.
-Durante toda la tarde: Exhibición de vuelo y adiestramiento de Aves de cetrería y rapaces con participación del público asistente.
Lugar: Plaza central de la Feria junto a Jaima Arabe.

Espectáculo-competición de burros a cargo de la Asociación de “Amigos de los Equinosâ€.
