Ten young people are spread Murcia Bolivia, Paraguay, Angola, Morocco, Togo, Guatemala, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ecuador and Peru, where they participate in cooperation projects promoted by the City.
Sensitize young people in the municipality of Murcia through the promotion of volunteerism, giving them the opportunity to participate for three months in development cooperation activities in poor countries is one of the priority objectives of the Department of Youth and Development Cooperation who run Lola Sanchez and Remigio Lopez, in the Municipal Youth Plan Cooperation Volunteers.
It seeks to foster a culture of solidarity and the values of coexistence, tolerance, participation and intercultural learning, which is an enriching experience for young people.
All this is possible thanks to the collaboration of local NGOs, which are hosting the participants and integrated into the projects undertaken abroad.
It is also important to highlight the responsibility that will take the ten young people who, beyond the learning process will experience collaborating on the project actually meets your professional profile thus gaining experience and providing also the most personal level.
