Besides shops, have earned this distinctive car rental establishments, museums and interpretive centers, the Congress Bureau of the City of Murcia, tourist guides, hotels, stores and conference event planners, restaurants, taxis, tourist transport, the Institute Hispanico de Murcia and the Auditorium and Congress Center Víctor Villegas.
The establishments that adhere to this project must go through several phases.
The first is the presentation of the project facilities after signing a protocol of accession and the self-assessment is made of the establishment.
Self-evaluation allows for an initial diagnosis in areas such as personnel, training, management, customers, suppliers, facilities, cleanliness, information, marketing, environmental management, etc.
and also identify those aspects that can be improved as set out in the Manual of Good Practice.
Subsequently, all members of the establishment are trained in quality tools, self assessment, improvement planning system, etc.
Each company creates its own manual of good practice which includes everything from the cleanliness to environmental management and customer service, then a technician, which is the City of Murcia, evaluates the project.
If the facility passes all phases gets its distinction.
In addition, the Department of Tourism provides assistance at all times to help businesses.
