Hall and traders agree that the three routes to be taken right to demonstrate without hurting downtown businesses (03/07/2009)

Alternatives to the Gran Via have been valued by the city to avoid problems traders

"It only remains to request a meeting with the Government Delegate for the deal to be completed in its entirety."

These were the words of the Security council and Circulation, Nuria Fuentes, after meeting with downtown merchants and present possible alternatives to the usual route is carried out in rallies and demonstrations held in the city of Murcia.

The City of Murcia has developed, studied and evaluated three alternative routes that are best suited for the right to demonstrate is always covered as outlined in the Constitution, while not causing economic damage to traders downtown.

These alternative routes, depending on the size of the presence or concentration, have been well received by traders, who have shown their full agreement and interest because these routes are those that may develop from now on.

The three alternative routes proposed by the City Council and accepted by traders are:

Plaza Circular, Alfonso X El Sabio, Tatters, C / Sculptor Salzillo, Plaza Belluga, Glorieta de Spain, Avenida Teniente Flomesta and Government Delegation.

University Square, C / Obispo Frutos, Ronda de Garay, Paseo de Garay, Plaza de la Cruz Roja, Lieutenant Flomesta, and Glorieta Government Delegation of Spain.

Auditorio Victor Villegas, Mayor Jorge Palacios Avenue, Paseo de Garay, Plaza de la Cruz Roja, Government Office, Deputy Glorieta Flomesta and Spain.
