The Board of Mercamurcia, at its meeting this morning, has given the green light to the provisional allotment of 16,000 square meters of roofing Food Unit, divided into three lots, for installation and operation of photovoltaic plants.
The total installed power of these plants for more than one megawatt.
Currently already operates four solar plants, which upon completion of new facilities, the solar park Mercamurcia reach an area of 24,000 square meters with an approximate power of 1.5 megawatts.
Moreover, also took stock of the Eighth National Sheep Lonja, organized by the Market Cattle Mercamurcia, held on 30 April, in addition to the participation of the Food Unit in Murcia Gourmet Fair 2009 held in Torre Pacheco.
It has also launched a competition for the procurement of electric energy supply and services activities Mercamurcia.
In another vein, the Board has welcomed the appointment of new chief Florencio Martin Casillas, replacing Maria Vázquez González, as well as the inauguration of the new post.
