The Board of the Town Planning Department has finally approved the new ordinance on "administrative simplification measures with regard to implementation of activities' that will open a store in 15 days.
The City encourages measures that create businesses and generate employment.

The new ordinance provides for a new summary procedure for opening activities without risk to others and meet the following requirements:

"Do not occupy a larger area of 300 square meters
"No buildings are protected
"Do not be on undeveloped land
"Not subject to special permission from other government
"Do not exceed certain limits of installed capacity.
Thus, excluded from this new ordinance bars, pubs, clubs, large repair shops, internet cafes, shops 24 hours, etc.
The new ordinance provides a procedure called:
