The PSOE recalls that "the school Antonio Nebrija already opened a file for alleged illegal collection of fees" (16/06/2009)

The head of the Socialist Parliamentary Group Education, Jesus Lopez, recalled, referring to the events at school Nebrija concluded, in the hamlet of Cabezo de Torres Murcia, and relating to the alleged illegal collection of fees to the parents of a student, that the center because he was denounced by a similar event last year, and the file was opened as a result.

Lopez explained that according to one's response Counseling October 30, 2008, the center filed an appeal optional replacement to the Conciliation Commission.

The regional government in its reply stated that there was only one case (most likely referring to school Nebrija), which was open and therefore not appropriate to refer to the Member.

In these circumstances, Jesus Lopez, has introduced new initiatives in the House for details of the sanction to the center, if any, for fear that there could be prescribed.

"If it is an illegal collection of fees, as derived from the Department's own writings, we would have a severe case.

And confirmed the report of similar events during this year, the Ministry should act with greater force to prevent discrimination in access to schools supported by public funds. "
