Citizens of the Region of Murcia who want to direct a letter to the Office of the Ombudsman shall have the general registers of the municipalities to establish communication.
Local authorities open and its "windows" to Murcia wishing to raise a complaint or suggestion to this institution.
To facilitate this collaboration, the president of the Federation of Municipalities of the Region of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, and the Ombudsman, José Pablo Ruiz Abellán, this morning signed a framework agreement that provides citizens access to this institution.
The initiative aims to promote the Ombudsman exercising their powers in local administration.
The document signed by House and Ruiz Abellán will also take the technical systems and the existing administrative management in local authorities for collection and dispatch of documentation for deliveries to the Ombudsman.
This will confirm the date of the Registrar General of any Hall of complaints and other documents that occur in them and on their way to this institution.
For their part, municipalities undertake to accept such documents, noting the entry, indicating the circumstances of time, content and identification.
Such letters will be sent within three days of its receipt, if possible, through the use of computerized systems, electronics and telematics.
To ensure collaboration between both institutions, will require computer support and coordination of the respective records.
The Federation of Municipalities will promote adherence to the municipalities to the agreement this morning has been approved by both institutions.
