The prestigious artist from Madrid José Manuel Ballester Almudí back to the Palace with 'After-pass the vacuum'.
The Hall of Columns hosts, until 12 July, an exhibition of a dozen photographs where the architecture is the absolute protagonist.
The spectacle of the sample comes from the monumental images, both by the size of the pieces as the issues.
Thus, the photographs presented are printed in large formats (from 104x298 cm. Up to 300x848 cm.) And it displayed architectural elements such as airport terminals, stadiums, parking lots, buildings and other locations around the world.
In most of them do not show people or animals, no movement, becoming uninhabited landscapes.
This exhibition is a retrospective collection of the work of José Manuel Ballester, which includes five years of his photographic work from 2003 to 2008.
Although the artist began painting, new techniques have led him to use new forms of expression as digital technology and photo printing on canvas and photo paper.
Ballester, also a photographer is a painter and illustrator, arrives in Murcia after exhibiting in cities such as Paris, Beijing, Toronto, Madrid, Barcelona and New York, among others.
