The Ombudsman, Enrique Mugica, and his counterpart from the Region of Murcia, José Pablo Ruiz Abellán, will sign next week an agreement to coordinate their actions, it was announced today by the latter during the conference he gave at the School of Tourism Universidad de Murcia.
Ruiz Abellán, speaking to students about the figure of the Ombudsman and their skills, said Mugica come to Murcia on Monday to sign this partnership agreement.
The speaker also advanced in the coming days will launch the website of this institution that began operations last December and through which citizens have access, among other services, the standard form they can use to express their claims.
As for the complaints already received in excess of two hundred, Ruiz Abellán said most of them are motivated by issues related to the social benefits of the Law Unit and the functioning of health services, together with other on urban planning, environment and noise.
