Thirteen Espinardo families today have a new municipal housing in the neighborhood of the Holy Spirit.
It is overlooked until now residing in homes that are severely damaged, so now may stay in more comfortable homes.
The Deputy Mayor of Housing, Transport and Trade, Antonio Castillo Perez and the Mayor of Espinardo, Encarnacion Guillen Gil have handed over the keys of the 13 homes that the City of Murcia has built in the neighborhood of the Holy Spirit.
The promotion is part of the neighborhood regeneration program, which the Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House has a special commitment and enthusiasm to provide residents the best living conditions.
The 13 homes that are delivered to relocate intended exclusively rented to families in the same neighborhood, now residing in homes with very old and important problems of habitability.
Construction costs have meant an investment of 832,029 euros from the municipal budget.
In the design of the promotion have been taken into account the characteristics of families potentially go to live in them.
Thus, a majority are people over 75 who live alone or in couples, and therefore they are planned to house developed exclusively on the ground floor large enough to a good accessibility for the physically handicapped, bathroom with shower instead of bath and two bedrooms endowment to provide for the need for care of a caregiver.
The promotion includes nine homes on the ground floor with two bedrooms, patio equipped with exclusive and independent access from the street.
Supplementing the program with three three-bedroom homes that are accessed from exterior stairs and a four-bedroom duplex apartment led to a larger family.
All homes have a protected space of views for the clothesline and are designed so that each access is independent, to avoid setting neighboring communities, to not have to meet maintenance costs common .
