CROEM headquarters will host tomorrow (16.30 hours. Lecture Hall) the conference "Corporate Social Responsibility in labor: a competitive strategy, an initiative of the Federation of Associations of People with Disabilities Murcia Physical and Organic (FAMDIF / COCEMFE -Murcia), in collaboration with the business confederation.

The conference, fifth of those engaged FAMDIF Employment and Training, includes a presentation by Ana Jiménez-Alfaro, responsible for development of the company balance 3 consultants, who delve into the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility as a way of integrating the concerns social enterprise strategy.

Will be followed by a roundtable with the participation of Juan Vicente Trivedi, Chief, Employment Promotion of Employment and Training Service (SEF) of the Autonomous Community, Juan Gómez, Head of HR IKEA, Itziar Velasco , HR Department Ferrovial Servicios, José Luis Hernández, head of Group HR Elsamex, and Lucas García, Technical Employment Service Employment Integration in the Region.

The program will end with the presentation of Iniesta Ignacio, Chief of Services section of the SEF Underprivileged Groups, who delve into the issues relating to the Special Employment Centres and Corporate Social Responsibility.

The Minister of Education, Training and Employment, Sotoca Constantine, and the president of FAMDIF / COCEMFE-Murcia, Carmen Gil, will be responsible for opening day.
