Forty unemployed continue their education at the Workshop on Employment Cofrisol V (06/05/2009)

Forty unemployed continue their training in different areas Cofrisol Employment Workshop, which reached its fifth edition.

This is a project developed by the Department of Youth and Employment, headed María Dolores Sánchez, and offers training to forty unemployed between 25 and 55 years in the areas of cooking, welding, renewable energy, climate and health care.

Currently the project is being developed Cofrisol IV, which ends in December 2009, and the Department has asked the SEF of the Autonomous Region a grant of 260,000 euros for the implementation of Cofrisol V.

This project aims to improve the training of student-workers in order to facilitate their employment as students combine lectures with work.

Moreover, the Board of Governors has given its approval to the request for a grant to the region of 520,000 euros to continue the Workshop School in charge of building the headquarters of Local Police in La Alberca, which is in its second phase, involving 48 students.

Workshop School, for young people between 16 and 24 years, training becomes integral with the possibility of obtaining a degree from ESO and skills are related to the trades needed to build the Headquarters building.

After basic training students become workers.
