La Lonja Mercamurcia Cattle organizes National Sheep Lonja VIII to be held next Thursday, April 30 at the Auditorium of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Murcia.
This day event is organized by the Spanish Association of slices and Markets in Source (AELMO) and brings together all the slices belonging to the Association and listed sheep, and all those companies, organizations or people involved in this sector.
The day program includes holding a round table under the title "State of the EU sheep and goat meat and strategies for the future", will address the challenges facing the livestock sector.
At the end of the table itself will take place in the national sheep, with the participation of all sheep auctions listed price on their tables will set the reference price of this product next week at the national level.
The day will feature several speakers who will address the following issues:
Status of sheep and goat sector of meat.
Certification of the differences of the lamb.
The differentiation strategy of Spanish lamb.
