The Planning Department has taken a step towards the development of Complex Economic Activities and Industrial Equipment CAEDI, the large industrial city of 5.5 million square meters to be located between the Green and Sangonera Sangonera la Seca, Industrial Park next to West and Citmusa.
The autonomous region has finally approved the CAEDI sectoring, a further step to implement this large industrial space demanded by the business Murcia.
In particular, we develop four areas of land.
The City Council initially approved the first plan industrial part in this area and is holding meetings with the Development Agency of the Autonomous Community of office to begin the development of any adjoining Citmusa sector.
The CAEDI offer a lot of industrial land in a strategic position very well connected, since it has access to the highway El Palmar-Sewer, to the A-7 (via the link Sangonera) and the variant of the Verde Sangonera Mazarrón road.
In addition, this large industrial lung is traversed by two major avenues, one for the north and one to the south.
This great performance is part of the plan of the Urban Planning for the development of industrial land in the municipality and in particular in the districts, to offer more convenience to business.
The City Council and INFO are considering signing an agreement to develop industrial land in various parts of the municipality.
