Neighbors Association Cabezo Torres this morning 170 new signatures added to the 200 filed on March 27, arguing against the Special Plan PH - Ct1.

Are also requesting a meeting with the Town Planning, no response on their part.

Councilman Mark Ros Socialist Group has applied this morning the government team that meets the arguments they are presenting the people living in the head of the cross and Collado, in the hamlet of Cabezo de Torres Murcia against the adoption of a Special Plan (PH-CT1), which profoundly affects their neighborhood and their homes, processed at the behest of a single promoter.

In this regard, recalls Ros, the Special Plan envisages the construction of a duplex at the top of the seamount, and makes it incompatible with the existence of many houses that are currently in the two heads.

"This is a deeply unfair plan, which also has not had prior information and the participation of over 400 families living there in a very particular type of ownership" said Ros.

More than 370 firms and claims.

That is why the municipal PSOE asks the Planning Department, and especially his councilor in charge, Fernando Berberena, that addresses the arguments raised by residents during recent months against the original approval of that plan.

The first set of signatures, recalls Ros, was presented by the neighbors in the Registry of the Planning Department on March 27, with more than 200 pleader.

The second package has been recorded this morning at 11.30 in the same place, with more than 170 signatures of property owners and residents affected by the Special Plan.

A meeting pending.

Finally, Ros Berberena requires the mayor, to meet with the Neighborhood Association, as so requested in its letter of 27 March, without having yet received a response.

"The participation and attention to the overlooked, is essential in these proceedings for the properties and homes," Ros sentence.
